Attending and directing the conference were Colonel Tran Ngoc Hai - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the 15th Army Corps, and representatives of the Party committees and authorities of the four communes of Duc Co, Ia O, Ia Krel, and Ia Dok.

Over the past 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 38, the Party Committee of the 75th Economic -Defense Brigade has thoroughly and comprehensively implemented the policies and solutions regarding mass mobilization work.
As a result, the awareness and responsibility of cadres, Party members, and workers towards mass mobilization tasks have continuously improved, making an important contribution to building a solid foundation of public support.
The unit's Party Committee has always prioritized the recruitment of Party members from ethnic minority workers. To date, the Party Committee has 27 members from ethnic minorities, accounting for 8.62% of the total number of Party members.

In addition, many practical models and methods in mass mobilization work have been implemented and effectively promoted. Currently, the unit has 18 production teams that have established fraternal ties with 39 villages; 197 worker households are linked with 197 ethnic minority households, including 18 pairs of households participating in the "Four Good Household Pairs" Club.
Production teams and closely linked household pairs maintain strong solidarity, regularly sharing and supporting each other's experiences in production and labor, building a cultured lifestyle, and contributing to the increasingly prosperous development of the residential area.
In implementing social welfare programs, the unit has eliminated temporary and dilapidated houses for 22 poor households, near-poor households, and families of war veterans facing housing difficulties, with a total budget of 1.31 billion VND.
The "Shining Star of the Village" movement has been implemented effectively, with 7.1 km of solar-powered street lighting installed at a cost of 580 million VND.
The unit also provides stable employment for 1,500 workers, of whom 58.33% are ethnic minorities, with an average income of over 9.1 million VND/person/month, contributing to helping 281 households escape poverty sustainably.

Delivering a directive speech at the conference, Colonel Tran Ngoc Hai acknowledged the achievements in implementing Resolution No. 38 of the 75th Economic-Defense Brigade and requested the Party Committee and Command of the Brigade to continue to thoroughly understand the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the General Political Department, and the Brigade Party Committee on mass mobilization work.
At the same time, we must innovate methods of mass mobilization in a way that is close to the people, understands the people, respects the people, speaks in a way the people understand, and acts in a way the people trust. Every mass mobilization activity must have a specific target, a specific audience, and concrete results.
The Deputy Commander of the Corps requested that mass mobilization be linked with production organization, job creation, and income improvement for workers and the people; and that economic and national defense advantages be leveraged.
At the same time, proactively grasp the situation regarding ethnic groups, religions, rural security, and border security; closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, functional forces, village elders, village heads, influential people, and religious dignitaries to handle emerging issues at the grassroots level.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the 75th Economic-Defense Brigade commended and rewarded 42 village officials; 21 exemplary households; 6 collectives and 17 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No. 38.
