According to Nguyen Duy Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Son Dong Commune People's Committee, the digital map model is built on an online platform, integrating complete information about 36 polling areas in the commune. Through computers or smartphones, voters can easily access the map, quickly look up the location of polling areas, specific locations, and other necessary information for the election process.

The map is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, helping people quickly identify the nearest polling station, contributing to improved election organization efficiency and facilitating voters' participation in exercising their rights and civic duties.
The implementation of this model not only serves the electoral process but also demonstrates the proactive approach of local authorities in applying digital technology solutions to state management activities. Through this, the quality of service to citizens is gradually improved, aiming towards building a digital government and a digital society at the local level.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, Nguyen Duy Cuong, further informed: In recent times, the commune has actively implemented many solutions to promote digital transformation in various fields; boosted the application of information technology in management and administration; improved the efficiency of online public service provision; gradually digitized data and developed digital utilities to serve the people.
The "Digital Map for Polling Station Lookup" model is one of the concrete solutions aimed at applying digital technology in practice, helping voters access information quickly, conveniently, and transparently.

Regarding election preparations, Son Dong commune has also applied artificial intelligence (AI) to create promotional videos about the election of National Assembly representatives for the 16th term and People's Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and launched the "Son Dong Commune Digital Newsletter" model in 28 villages and residential areas within the commune. Simultaneously, the commune has implemented a "Mobile Public Service Team" model, with team members directly visiting villages to guide and support residents, contributing to the promotion of digital transformation in the locality.
Son Dong commune continues to promote digital transformation, focusing on improving digital infrastructure and enhancing digital skills for officials, civil servants, and citizens; while expanding models and applications of digital technology in state management and service provision for the people. This contributes to building a modern, effective, and efficient government that meets the development requirements of the new era.
The digital map of Son Dong commune allows users to search for 36 polling stations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term on an online platform, aiming to facilitate voters in finding and identifying polling locations. The steps are as follows: Open the camera on your phone - scan the QR code on the image or propaganda poster.
After scanning, the system automatically opens the Digital Map for polling station lookup, where voters can view the following information: polling station name, detailed location, information about the Head of the Polling Station, and the quickest route to get there.
