Ensuring telecommunications service quality for DIFF 2025

Telecommunications operators have deployed maintenance, upgrades, and additional infrastructure to serve DIFF 2025.

In just a few days, DIFF 2025 will officially open, promising to attract tens of thousands of people and tourists to the city. To ensure the quality of telecommunications services during the festival, network operators have simultaneously deployed many technical solutions such as: increasing mobile broadcasting stations, optimizing transmission infrastructure, proactively maintaining the system and monitoring traffic 24/7.

Not only ensuring communication and Internet access needs, telecommunications service providers also strive to bring stable and smooth connection experiences, enhancing the image of the event and festival city.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Director of MobiFone Service Company Region 3 (managing areas from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh provinces) said that MobiFone has deployed a campaign to upgrade and optimize the network on a large scale to ensure the quality of telecommunications services during DIFF 2025 on the largest scale ever.

Accordingly, the broadcasting infrastructure was expanded to 111 BTS stations in the festival area, of which 57 5G stations were installed at key locations such as: Han River Bridge, Dragon Bridge, Love Bridge, APEC Park, September 2 Square and major streets on Bach Dang, Tran Hung Dao, September 2 Street...

In addition to the fixed station system, MobiFone also deploys a series of 3G, 4G, 5G mobile broadcasting stations through mobile vehicles, lighting poles and other flexible solutions. The system is capable of meeting the simultaneous access needs of up to 35,000 users.

“All preparations were carried out methodically and thoroughly, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility. We are committed to bringing fast, stable and superior connection experiences to residents and tourists. This is not only an effort to improve service quality but also a testament to our commitment to accompanying customers in the digital age,” said Mr. Tuyen.

The telecommunications network is enhanced, ensuring smooth and stable communication for people and tourists before, during and after the festival.

Similarly, from May 31 to July 12, the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group Da Nang Branch ( Viettel Da Nang) deployed 3 mobile vehicles, more than 50 temporary stations and 11 additional coverage stations with more than 200 diffuse antennas in key areas.

Such as: grandstand, Nhu Nguyet street, Tran Hung Dao street, Bach Dang street, Dragon bridge, My Khe beach, East Sea Park, APEC Park area, Bach Dang walking street... with the telecommunications network being maximized, ensuring smooth and stable connection before, during and after the festival.
