Chairman Duc makes a new move.

Mr. Duc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai, has registered to buy 4 million HAG shares. After the transaction, Mr. Duc will increase his ownership in HAG to nearly 326 million shares, equivalent to 25.7% of HAG's capital.

On June 24th, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAG) announced that Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc (Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAG) registered to purchase 4 million HAG shares to increase his ownership stake.

Chairman Duc has registered to buy 4 million HAG shares.

The transaction is expected to be executed from June 29th to July 28th through order matching on the exchange. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Duc will increase his ownership in HAG to nearly 326 million shares, equivalent to 25.7% of HAG's capital.

At the close of trading on June 24th, HAG shares were trading at 15,000 VND per share. Based on this price, Mr. Duc would need to spend approximately 60 billion VND to purchase the registered amount of HAG shares. This is the fifth time since the beginning of 2026 that Mr. Duc has registered to buy additional HAG shares on the stock exchange. The most recent instance was from June 16th to June 22nd, when he also purchased 4 million HAG shares.

Previously, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS - stock code: SBT) completed the purchase of nearly 43 million SBT shares to increase her ownership in TTC AgriS to 11.87% of the charter capital, equivalent to nearly 108 million shares.

Conversely, Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company successfully sold nearly 28 million SBT shares through a negotiated transaction, reducing its ownership to 15.2% of the charter capital, equivalent to nearly 138 million shares. Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc - mother of Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My and also the General Director of Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company - sold 15 million SBT shares. As a result, Ms. Ngoc reduced her ownership stake in SBT to 7.49% of the capital, equivalent to nearly 68 million shares.

Therefore, the number of shares Ms. My bought is exactly equal to the number of shares Ms. Ngoc and Thanh Thanh Cong Investment sold.

Similarly, Mr. Pham Tung Lam, Chief Accountant of Hanoi Milk Joint Stock Company (Hanoimilk - stock code: HNM), registered to buy 10 million HNM shares to increase his ownership stake. Prior to this transaction, Mr. Lam held 425,000 shares, equivalent to 0.96% of HNM's charter capital.

Conversely, Dao Bich Thuy, Head of the Supervisory Board of Hanoi Milk Joint Stock Company (Hanoimilk - stock code: HNM), registered to sell all 10 million shares she holds, equivalent to 22.52% of the charter capital, in order to change her investment portfolio. Both transactions are expected to be carried out from June 22nd to July 21st, through negotiated or matched order methods.

Notably, from March 23rd to April 21st, Mr. Pham Tung Lam sold 8 million shares, reducing his ownership stake to 0.96% of VNM's charter capital. Meanwhile, Ms. Dao Bich Thuy purchased exactly 8 million shares, increasing her holding to 22.52%. However, both individuals later reported that the reason for not completing the registered transaction volume was unfavorable market conditions.

Previously, from December 19, 2025 to January 16, Mr. Lam purchased 8 million shares, while Ms. Thuy purchased 2 million shares, becoming major shareholders in Hanoimilk.
