Attending the closing ceremony were Central Committee members: Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Pham Tat Thang, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and Do Tien Sy, Director General of the Voice of Vietnam Radio .

The National Press Conference reflects the trend of digital transformation in journalism.
This year's National Press Conference features over 124 central and local press agencies, with nearly 130 exhibition booths showcasing outstanding publications from both general and specialized newspapers and magazines, as well as those from major journalism training institutions. The exhibition covers various aspects of the country's economic, political , cultural, social, defense, security, and foreign affairs. Many media outlets are presenting multi-platform journalistic products, applying new technologies such as AI, 3D modeling, holographic technology, and virtual reality.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, said that through the exhibition booths, professional activities, culture, and art, the National Press Conference highlighted the contributions and strong development of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism over the past 100 years, while also promoting journalistic products and the achievements and creativity of journalists – members of the Vietnam Journalists Association nationwide.

One of the most striking features of the 2025 Press Conference was the clear demonstration of the digital transformation trend and the application of technology in journalism. Many organizations showcased multimedia journalistic products and new technological applications such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality to attract readers, demonstrating the proactiveness and determination of the press in keeping pace with the development of advanced technology worldwide.
Thematic forums on artificial intelligence in journalism, digital journalism human resources, journalism economics, etc., have attracted great attention, demonstrating that these are issues we are grappling with and seeking solutions to.
Besides providing journalists with many high-quality professional activities, the Press Festival also offers the public elaborately staged and unique artistic programs. These events have been broadcast live on national television and radio stations, and disseminated to hundreds of media outlets across the country, including ministries, departments, organizations, and local newspapers.
The 2025 National Press Conference will donate all publications participating in the conference to naval and border guard soldiers; demonstrating the concern and gratitude of the press and the entire society towards the forces that are guarding the seas, islands, and borders of the Fatherland day and night.

Within the framework of the 2025 National Press Conference, the Organizing Committee and the Awards Council have selected and decided to award 5 A prizes, 7 B prizes, 16 C prizes, and 19 Consolation prizes for the Most Impressive Exhibition Booths; 3 A prizes, 3 B prizes, and 12 C prizes for the Most Impressive Events and Activities within the framework of the Press Conference; and 8 A prizes, 14 B prizes, 20 C prizes, and 15 Consolation prizes for the Most Impressive Journalistic Products.
Notably, the Nhan Dan Newspaper Branch Association was honored to receive the A prize for the most impressive exhibition booth; the A prize for the most impressive journalistic product with the supplement commemorating 50 years of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025); and the C prize for the most impressive journalistic product with the cover of the Nhan Dan Weekend Newspaper issue dated May 18, 2025.
