In addition to specialized training content, the training program also includes many advanced topics such as sports psychology, physical fitness, goalkeeping training, sports science , rules of the game, and sports medicine, thereby helping trainees develop comprehensive professional skills to meet the requirements of professional and sustainable football.

In his concluding remarks at the end of the course, VFF Technical Director Koshida Takeshi expressed his joy that the course had been completed successfully despite facing many difficulties due to natural disasters.
Mr. Koshida Takeshi congratulated the graduates on their good health and emphasized that the A-level certificate is an important requirement for coaches to lead youth teams or take on assistant roles at professional clubs.

Meanwhile, Mr. Ikeuchi Yutaka - a PRO-level instructor of the Japan Football Association and a VFF professional advisor - noted the significant progress of the trainees in both professional skills and coaching methods.
Instructor Ikeuchi Yutaka believes that obtaining an A-level qualification is just the beginning of a coaching career, and encourages students to continue learning, gaining experience, and constantly improving themselves.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, VFF General Secretary Nguyen Van Phu assessed this as a special training course, marked by unprecedented challenges caused by natural disasters. General Secretary Nguyen Van Phu congratulated the trainees on completing the course and conveyed the encouragement and concern of VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan to the entire class.

Emphasizing the crucial role of the A-level coaching certificate in the coaching training system, General Secretary Nguyen Van Phu stated that the VFF is aiming for two major goals: building a systematic youth training system nationwide and forming a network of talented coaches, in which coaches holding the A-level certificate will play a core role, accompanying the VFF in strategies for developing Vietnamese football towards long-term goals.
The A/AFC/VFF coaching course for football coaches will be implemented in two phases. Phase 1 will take place from June 9th to June 22nd, 2025 at the PVF Center.
Phase 2 was scheduled to take place in Hue City from October 25th to November 5th, 2025, but had to be temporarily suspended due to severe storms and floods. After the interruption, the course resumed and was completed from February 1st to February 8th, 2026, at the VFF headquarters.
