Closing Ceremony of the 2024 Classical Music Festival

Performances by leading figures in classical music such as Tim Allhoff, Tran Le Bao Quyen, Kyle Acuncius, Song Hong Ensemble, Arietta Vietnam, and the Vietnam Youth Symphony Orchestra (VYO) - the first multinational youth orchestra in Vietnam... captivated the audience.

Classical music enthusiasts enjoyed a musical feast featuring artists and concert groups including Tran Le Bao Quyen, Miracle Trio, The 6th Floor Woodwind Quintet, Pham Vu Thien Bao, Le Minh Hien, Liao Hsin-Chiao, Tim Allhoff, Tran Le Quang Tien, Pham The Hoanh, VYO… with classic works. Highlights included F. Chopin's Piano Sonata No. 3 in B minor, Volume 58 I, and Allegro maestoso by Taiwanese pianist Liao Hsin-Chiao; J. Sibelius' Andante Festivo by VYO; and Vietnamese folk songs: Se Chi Luon Kim and Hoa Thom Buom Luon – a collaboration between two artists from Germany and Vietnam, Tim Allhoff, and Pham The Hoanh.

The inaugural Classical Music Festival was not only the result of dedicated work by the VYMI and VietFest teams, but also the collaboration of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Culture, the Da Lat City People's Committee, the Da Lat City Department of Culture, diamond sponsor Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa, platinum sponsor VPS Securities, media partners Ghiền Đà Lạt, LUXUO… All of these contributed to bringing a colorful touch of classical music to the general public, creating the first steps in the transformation after Da Lat became a Music City within UNESCO's Creative Cities Network.
