Tonight (November 11th), the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force of Ho Chi Minh City Police Department worked hard to extinguish a fire at a factory covering approximately 5,000 square meters in an alley on Be Van Cam Street, Tan Kien Ward, District 7.
Because the factory contained many flammable materials, the fire spread even more fiercely.
Earlier, at around 7 PM, a raging inferno engulfed the factory. Locals and factory workers tried to extinguish the fire on the spot but were unsuccessful.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department dispatched approximately 100 officers and soldiers along with numerous firefighting vehicles to the scene, approaching the fire from multiple directions and spraying water onto the blaze.
By over 9 PM, authorities had largely brought the fire under control, preventing it from spreading to the surrounding area. Initial assessments indicate that the fire caused no casualties.
