The democratic dialogue conference is a form of direct dialogue between superiors and subordinates, aiming to unify understanding, create a shift in thinking and action among cadres, teachers, staff, students, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers in the school; discuss measures to successfully implement assigned tasks; and thereby allow leaders and commanders at all levels to understand the thoughts, aspirations, difficulties, obstacles, suggestions, and proposals in carrying out tasks in 2025 and subsequent years.

Major General Nguyen Quoc Duan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Corps, delivered a speech at the conference.

The conference heard many opinions, suggestions, and reflections on legitimate concerns and aspirations regarding issues such as: ensuring policies and regulations, training, combat readiness, education and training, and logistical and technical support for missions...

All opinions raised during the dialogue were listened to and adequately addressed by the Special Forces leadership, in a democratic, frank, open, and responsible manner.
