Inspired by the Inh La Oi melody of the Thai ethnic group, " On the Windy Peak" is Bức Tường's attempt to bring the sounds of the Northwest mountains and forests into modern rock. While "Setting Sail " carries the essence of Southern Vietnamese folk music, the new song explores the culture of the mountainous region with characteristic musical elements such as folk melodies, flute sounds, and rhythmic tempos.
According to musician Tran Tuan Hung, the band leader, the piece aims for a fusion of powerful rock and the gentle charm of folk music. The guitar and drums create a dynamic soundscape, interwoven with inviting lyrics like "Inh la oi, Sao noong oi "—affectionate calls in the Thai language, evoking spring and community spirit.
Besides the musical element, the song conveys a message about preserving national cultural identity. The group believes that, despite changing social contexts, traditional values remain a source that helps people connect with their roots and memories.
The performance on the Wind Peak features singer Nguyen Viet Lam (vocal), musician Luu Quang Minh (keyboards, loops), Meritorious Artist Hoang Anh (bamboo flute), and percussion artist Tran Xuan Hoa.

The music video for the song was created in a lyric animation style by young artist Ta Vu Thanh Nha. The MV recreates images of Northwest Vietnam through various nuances: from morning mist and ripening rice fields to the fierce moments of nature, creating a moving and emotionally rich picture.
According to the band's representatives, with "On the Wind's Peak ," Bức Tường continues to pursue its direction of incorporating folk elements into rock music, thereby contributing to spreading Vietnamese cultural values to young audiences.
