"Ca Mau - Land where flowers bloom on the waves"

On the evening of June 30th, at Phan Ngoc Hien Square (An Xuyen Ward), the People's Committee of Ca Mau province organized an art program to celebrate the first anniversary of the province's establishment (July 1st, 2025 - July 1st, 2026), combined with launching the key program to stimulate tourism in Ca Mau province in 2026, with the theme "Ca Mau - Land Blooming on the Waves".

Attending the program were: Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; provincial leaders and former provincial leaders from various periods; representatives of departments, agencies, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations; businesses, investors, travel agencies, and a large number of people and tourists.

The medley "Ca Mau Today - Radiant Ca Mau" opened the art program, recreating the new vitality of the southernmost region after reunification.

This is a political and cultural event of special significance, marking the first anniversary of the establishment of Ca Mau province.

The program not only reviews the outstanding achievements in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, and security, but also spreads the belief and aspiration for development of the Party Committee, government, and people of Ca Mau province in the new period.

Provincial leaders and former provincial leaders from various periods attended the program.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed that every stage of development stems from unity of purpose.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee called on all sectors of the people in the province to continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity, compassion, dynamism, and creativity, working together to build a more prosperous, civilized, and modern Ca Mau homeland.
