Attending the program were: Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; provincial leaders and former provincial leaders from various periods; representatives of departments, agencies, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations; businesses, investors, travel agencies, and a large number of people and tourists.

The medley "Ca Mau Today - Radiant Ca Mau" opened the art program, recreating the new vitality of the southernmost region after reunification.

This is a political and cultural event of special significance, marking the first anniversary of the establishment of Ca Mau province.

The program not only reviews the outstanding achievements in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, and security, but also spreads the belief and aspiration for development of the Party Committee, government, and people of Ca Mau province in the new period.
