These two projects, implemented simultaneously, create a distinctive highlight in the series of activities celebrating April 30th and May 1st, going beyond just infrastructure or investment, and delving deeper into cultural and agricultural elements.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Den, the establishment of the rice museum is seen as a step towards systematizing, preserving, and introducing the values associated with rice production – one of the important foundations of local life and economy . Meanwhile, the rice grain symbol in Vinh Loi commune serves as a visual landmark, contributing to the spatial identification and distinctive image of the Mekong Delta region.
