Statistics for the period 2021 - 2025, from the support resources of the Central Government, the province and mobilized social resources of over 424 billion VND, Bao Loc City upgraded and repaired over 287 km of roads connecting rural and urban areas; synchronously invested in power supply, water supply, drainage, communication, sidewalks, trees, lighting systems according to standards and criteria of type II urban areas. Specifically, the entire Bao Loc city has converted a total area of ​​4,000 hectares to new planting, including the area of ​​high-quality key crops such as tea (200 hectares), coffee (3,716 hectares), and mulberry (182 hectares). In addition, 5 VietGAP production models and 12 value chains have been built, attracting the participation of 7 enterprises and 5 cooperatives in the area.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the total number of registered guests is estimated at 523,587, an average increase of 8.5% per year. By 2025, Bao Loc City will have 144 accommodation establishments; including 18 1-4 star hotels and tourist villas, 18 standard hotels; 3 international and domestic travel companies. • FOCUSING RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT KEY PROJECTS

Notably, according to the specialized agencies of Bao Loc City People's Committee, in the period of 2021 - 2025, key projects and works will be focused on mobilizing resources for implementation. In particular, key projects from the state budget have been and are being implemented according to plan, contributing to creating momentum for economic and social development in the area. Specifically, key projects from the state budget such as: Blao S're Lake for flood prevention and control in Loc Chau commune, Dai Lao commune and B'Lao ward (19.6 billion VND) will be completed in 2022 and 2023; Youth Activity Center (118 billion VND), 28/3 Square (54.4 billion VND) are under construction, expected to be completed in August 2025 and October 2025; Ha Giang stream (175 billion VND) is being cleared. Next, the project will apply a special mechanism with components completed in the first quarter of 2025, including: Dai Nga River Surface Water Plant (VND 37.8 billion), with a capacity of 5,000 ^m3 /day and night in phase 1; water supply pipeline network system (over VND 52.5 billion), with a capacity of 5,000 ^m3 /day and night. In the period of 2021 - 2025, Bao Loc City achieved an average growth rate of 9.9%/year in industrial production. Many silk products, silk fashion, Oolong tea, and pure coffee continued to improve their designs, meeting the export market, and increasing the value of the industry. Regarding agriculture, Bao Loc City mobilized over 70 billion VND to invest in completing 11 irrigation works, dredging river branches and streams, upgrading and renovating lakes and dams, contributing to increasing the average production value by 2.1%/year. In 2025 alone, Bao Loc City strives to achieve a growth rate of 9.5 - 10.5%. Of which, the growth in industrial production value is 10.3 - 11.3%/year; agricultural and forestry production is 2.5 - 3.5%.
