Over the years, organizations supporting the development of social insurance and health insurance participation in the province have consistently promoted and encouraged the implementation of social security policies, becoming an "extended arm" of the social insurance agency in expanding participation.

In early 2026, Ms. Hoang Thi Huyen, an employee of the Dong Kinh Post Office, regularly visited residential areas to promote social insurance and health insurance policies. Besides providing direct consultations, she also proactively shared articles compiled by the provincial Post Office on social media, making the information more accessible to residents. With this approach, Ms. Huyen successfully recruited new participants each month and consistently met her targets. Ms. Huyen shared: "I usually choose a way of communicating that's like talking to a family member, explaining to people that saving just the cost of a bowl of pho each day can lead to savings for old age and a health insurance card for illness. When people see the tangible benefits and my dedication, they trust me and voluntarily participate."

Along with Ms. Huyen, other postal workers have also been actively promoting and encouraging people to participate in social insurance and health insurance. As a result, the number of people participating in social insurance through the postal channel currently exceeds 14,300; the number of people participating in health insurance exceeds 100,000. From the beginning of 2026 to the present, the provincial post office has newly enrolled 3,922 people in social insurance and nearly 18,000 people in health insurance.

In 2026, the Social Insurance Agency of Lang Son province aims to increase the number of voluntary social insurance participants by 2,993 and health insurance participants by 53,434. This is a high target, requiring the coordinated efforts of the entire political system. In particular, organizations supporting the development of participants will continue to play a core role, directly bringing the policy to the people.

Not only the postal service, but many other units also participate and contribute to diversifying access channels, bringing policies to the people. Currently, the entire province maintains 5 organizations supporting the development of social insurance and health insurance participation with 224 collection points and 381 active staff. These organizations have proactively developed plans, coordinated with the People's Committees of communes and wards, reviewed lists, and assigned specific targets to each staff member. They proactively monitor their areas, reach out to target groups, and select appropriate content and forms to promote and encourage participation.

As one of the organizations supporting participant development, Thanh Hung Co., Ltd., after 5 months of operation, has developed and managed more than 450 participants in social insurance and health insurance, averaging nearly 100 new participants per month in these two types of social security insurance. Mr. Nong Van Hoi, the company's director, said: "Our approach is to reach out to each potential group of people participating in social insurance and health insurance and understand their needs to provide appropriate advice. When people see the long-term benefits, they will voluntarily participate and maintain their coverage. At the same time, we always apply technology, especially social media, to expand our reach."

Beyond initial outreach and mobilization, supporting organizations also participate in the process of caring for those participating in social insurance and health insurance, such as reminding them of payment deadlines, advising on benefits, or assisting with procedures. From the beginning of 2026 to the present, the province has newly enrolled 685 people in voluntary social insurance and 10,911 people in health insurance. To date, the province has 31,426 people participating in voluntary social insurance and 733,124 people participating in health insurance.

In 2026, based on the specific participation development targets assigned to each unit and locality, we will strengthen supervision and inspection of organizations that have achieved low targets, while improving the quality of the staff and innovating communication methods in a flexible and targeted manner, aiming for sustainable participation development and contributing to the goal of universal social insurance and health insurance."
