HNN.VN - To proactively respond to water supply disruptions after floods, on October 31, Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) urgently implemented a mobile water supply plan to promptly serve the daily needs of people in severely affected areas in Phu Bai ward, especially Phu Son and Duong Hoa (formerly) areas.

Residents of the former Duong Hoa commune come to receive clean water.

Immediately after the floodwaters receded, HueWACO proactively deployed vehicles and personnel, assigning one 10m³ water tanker to each area to ensure temporary water supply for residents. When the water supply ran out, the tankers were replenished in rotation, ensuring that residents did not lack water for daily use in the days following the flood.

Water supply efforts are closely coordinated with local authorities to guide people in obtaining water in accordance with regulations, ensuring safety, hygiene, and efficient use of the supplied water resources.

HueWACO is not just addressing the issue temporarily; it is actively working to resolve the technical problems, control the quality of raw water sources, and restore a stable domestic water supply system throughout the city.
