Mobile water supply to serve people after floods

HNN.VN - To proactively respond to the water supply interruption after the flood, on October 31, Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) urgently deployed a mobile water supply plan to promptly serve the daily needs of people in heavily affected areas in Phu Bai ward, especially the old Phu Son and Duong Hoa areas.

Immediately after the flood receded, HueWACO proactively mobilized vehicles and human resources, arranging for each area a tanker truck containing 10m³ of water, ensuring temporary water supply for people. When the water supply ran out, the tankers were rotated to replenish, so that people would not lack water for daily use in the days after the flood.

Water supply work is closely coordinated with local authorities to guide people to get water according to regulations, ensuring safety, hygiene and effective use of supplied water.

Not only temporary, HueWACO is actively fixing technical problems, controlling the quality of raw water sources and restoring a stable domestic water supply system throughout the city.
