Granting a license to VSIP Ha Tinh Company to mine fill soil.

The Ha Linh 1 quarry area in Ha Linh commune is where VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. won the auction for the right to exploit mineral resources for land leveling.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Son, Deputy Head of the Mineral Resources Department of the Ha Tinh Department of Agriculture and Environment, said: The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision allowing VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. to exploit minerals at the soil mine in Ha Linh 1 area, Ha Linh commune, for use as leveling material.

The mine covers an area of 16 hectares, with a permitted volume of 2.7 million ^m³ of soil minerals to be extracted using the open-pit mining method, a capacity of 966,744 ^m³ /year, and a mining period of 3 years from the date of licensing.

VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. is currently implementing the investment project to build and operate the infrastructure of the Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park with a total investment of over 1,555 billion VND. The project covers an area of 190.41 hectares, located in the former Thach Ha district of Thach Lien and Viet Tien communes, now Dong Kinh and Viet Xuyen communes, Ha Tinh province.

The project to invest in, construct, and operate the infrastructure of the Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park is currently under construction.

The land leveling quarry in Ha Linh 1 area, Ha Linh commune, was successfully auctioned off to VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. in May 2025 for the right to exploit the land to serve the construction of the North Thach Ha Industrial Park infrastructure investment and business project.

After winning the auction, VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. quickly completed the relevant legal documents and procedures, such as carrying out exploration work and paying the mineral exploitation rights fee of 8.235 billion VND (allowed to be paid over 3 years)...

"After the Provincial People's Committee issues a decision allowing exploitation, VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. must complete the land lease procedures before starting to exploit the fill soil mine in Ha Linh commune," said Mr. Nguyen Anh Son, Deputy Head of the Mineral Resources Department of the Ha Tinh Department of Agriculture and Environment.

Speaking with reporters from Ha Tinh Newspaper and Radio & Television, a representative of VSIP Ha Tinh Co., Ltd. assessed that being granted a license to exploit the landfill soil mine in Ha Linh commune is of significant importance in the construction and business of infrastructure investment projects in the Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park that the company is currently implementing.

Currently, this unit is quickly completing the necessary documents and procedures as required by the province and relevant authorities to soon commence the exploitation of the 16-hectare landfill site in Ha Linh commune.
