Container truck catches fire with loud explosion in open field.

On the afternoon of March 10th, the Long Thanh District Police ( Dong Nai province) were examining the scene and investigating the cause of a container truck fire that occurred in an empty lot in the area.

According to initial information, at approximately 1 PM on the same day, residents of Loc An commune (Long Thanh district) discovered a tractor-trailer with license plate 60C-246.00 towing a trailer with license plate 60R-055.88 suddenly burst into flames accompanied by several loud explosions in an open field.

Upon receiving the report, the Long Thanh District Fire and Rescue Force dispatched a fire truck and 10 officers and soldiers to extinguish the fire and investigate the cause of the incident.

Some people said the fire originated in the engine compartment of the container truck and then quickly spread throughout the entire vehicle.

The fire completely destroyed the container truck, leaving only the frame; there were no casualties.
