According to the Department of Internal Affairs of Dak Nong province, the results of the Survey on Citizen Satisfaction Index with the Services of State Administrative Agencies (SIPAS) in 2024 reached 83.09%, 1.88% higher than in 2023, ranking 37th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, an increase of 5 places compared to 2023 (in 2023 it reached 81.21%, ranking 41st out of 63 provinces and cities).
Specifically, the 2024 survey measuring public satisfaction measured the level of public interest in nine key policy groups that directly affect people's lives. The results showed that people were most interested in general education policies, followed by policies such as road transport, social order and safety, and healthcare.
The level of satisfaction with the development and implementation of state policies reached 83.14%, 2.28% higher than in 2023, ranking 35th out of 63 provinces and cities (in 2023 it was 80.86%, ranking 42nd out of 63). Specifically, the accountability of the government regarding policies reached 82.66%, ranking 39th out of 63 provinces and cities (in 2023 it was 81.78%, ranking 29th out of 63). Citizen participation in the process of developing and implementing policies reached 82.51%, ranking 37th out of 63 provinces and cities (in 2023 it was 81.33%, ranking 33rd out of 63). The quality of policy organization and implementation reached 83.52%, ranking 32nd out of 63 provinces and cities (in 2023 it reached 80.53%, ranking 43rd out of 63). The results and impact of policies reached 83.03%, ranking 43rd out of 63 (in 2023 it reached 80.88%, ranking 43rd out of 63).
Besides the positive results achieved, the survey also pointed out shortcomings and limitations that need to be addressed, such as the problem of harassing and inconveniencing civil servants.
