The meeting aimed to evaluate the review progress and solutions to overcome conflicts, overlaps, problems, and inadequacies in by-law documents as well as propose amendments and supplements to relevant laws as required by the Decree. decision 110.
Reporting at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Justice Dang Hoang Oanh said that the review results are being compiled and compiled into a Government Report by the Ministry of Justice, the standing agency of the Working Group, to be submitted to the National Assembly. In general, the process of considering and handling the results of reviewing legal documents according to Resolution No. 110/2023/QH15 involves coordination between Government agencies and National Assembly agencies as well as other agencies. relevant agencies and organizations. Up to now, the Ministry of Justice has compiled and classified by groups of legal fields to build a system of 19 appendices of the Report according to the areas of state management proposed to be handled, the Deputy Minister said.
The Draft Report shows that there are 109 conflicting and overlapping regulations in 19 laws with 44 contents; in 26 decrees with 50 contents and in 13 Circulars with 15 contents. There are 185 inadequate and contradictory regulations in 24 laws with 72 contents, 01 ordinance of the National Assembly Standing Committee with 01 content, 01 resolution of the Government with 02 contents, 22 decrees of the Government. Government with 72 contents, 01 decision of the Prime Minister with 01 content and 30 Circulars with 37 contents.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Head of the Working Group, acknowledged and appreciated the efforts of ministries and branches in reviewing a large volume of documents, and on that basis proposed Plans for handling conflicting, overlapping, inadequacies, and entangled contents.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Government Inspectorate, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to send reports on the review results of their ministries and branches to the Ministry of Justice. , the standing agency of the Working Group, no later than the middle of next week for the Ministry of Justice to fully synthesize into the Government Report.
