The Xiaomi Civic 3 features a 6.55-inch OLED display with Full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen boasts a brightness of 1,500 nits and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The device also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos support, and Hi-Res wireless audio certification.
Powering the Civic 3 is an octa-core 4nm Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset paired with a Mali-G610 GPU, along with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX800 main sensor with an f/1.77 aperture and OIS support, an 8MP ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there's a dual selfie camera system housed in a pill-shaped punch-hole cutout: a 32MP main sensor and a 32MP ultrawide lens.
The device uses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. Xiaomi has also equipped the Civi 3 with features such as 5G, 4G, dual SIM card slots, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, and a USB Type-C charging port.
The Xiaomi Civic 3 comes in four colors: Rose Purple, Mint Green, Adventure Gold, and Coconut Ash. The phone has a slim body measuring just 7.56mm and weighs only 173 grams.
