From the night of November 15 to November 19, there will be heavy rain and very heavy rain over a wide area in Hue City.

To proactively respond to strong winds at sea, ensure safety of ships and activities at sea and along the coast; heavy rain and flooding, the City Civil Defense Command recommends closely monitoring forecasts and developments of strong winds at sea.

Timely notify captains and owners of vehicles and vessels operating at sea to proactively prevent and have appropriate production plans, ensuring safety of people and property; absolutely do not allow vessels to go out to sea when there are strong winds and big waves.

Localities have plans to protect against the cold and prepare food for livestock and poultry to prevent prolonged cold spells, especially in mountainous communes.

According to the forecast of the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station, currently (November 14), a strong cold air mass is moving south. This is the strongest cold air mass since the beginning of 2025.

It is forecasted that from the night of November 17 to the morning of November 18, this KKL will affect Hue City, the sea and offshore areas with strong Northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas; waves 2.5-4m high; on land, temperatures will drop sharply, the weather will turn cold at night and morning, the lowest temperature in the delta will be about 17-19 degrees Celsius; in communes A Luoi 1 to A Luoi 5, the temperature will be about 15-17 degrees Celsius.

Due to the influence of the intensified KKL combined with the strong easterly wind zone, from the night of November 15 to November 19, Hue City will have heavy rain, very heavy rain over a wide area. The total rainfall for the whole period in the plains is generally 200-450mm, in some places over 600mm; in mountainous areas 300-600mm, in some places over 800mm. The rain with the strongest intensity is concentrated on November 17-18. After November 19, Hue City will still have rain, scattered moderate rain, in some places heavy to very heavy rain.
