Digital transformation to better serve people

On November 11, the Ho Chi Minh City delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Viet Long, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, worked with Cu Chi commune on the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Recently, Cu Chi commune has upgraded its Internet infrastructure and technological equipment to serve digital transformation; focusing on implementing visual and vivid propaganda products on the commune's fanpage .

Responding to the movement "Digital literacy for the masses", the commune launched "Paperless meeting room - applying IT in Party Committee management", "Community digital technology team to popularize digital transformation skills", "Digital citizen", "Management of conditional business establishments"... bringing practical results.

The working delegation highly appreciated the initial results of Cu Chi commune after 4 months of operating the 2-level local government.

The delegation also shared the difficulties of the commune such as unsynchronized technical infrastructure; sometimes interrupted network system; lack of IT human resources and specialized software in some administrative management fields...

Representatives of departments, offices and units expressed their opinions at the working session.

The delegation requested Cu Chi commune to continue promoting propaganda and replicating good models in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW; and to strengthen training and fostering digital transformation skills for officials and civil servants.

Along with that, focus on inspection and supervision to promptly remove obstacles, promote innovation and development of science and technology , digital transformation to serve people better and better.
