
Over the past period, Cu Chi commune has upgraded its internet infrastructure and technological equipment to support digital transformation; and focused on creating visually engaging and lively promotional materials on the commune's fanpage .
In response to the "Digital Literacy Movement," the commune launched initiatives such as "Paperless Meeting Rooms - Applying IT in Party Committee Management," "Community Digital Technology Teams for Popularizing Digital Transformation Skills," "Digital Citizens," and "Managing Businesses Operating Under Conditions," all of which yielded practical results.

The delegation highly appreciated the initial results of Cu Chi commune after 4 months of operating the two-tiered local government system.
The delegation also shared the difficulties faced by the commune, such as the lack of synchronized technical infrastructure; occasional network disruptions; and a shortage of IT personnel and specialized software in some areas of administrative management…

The delegation suggested that Cu Chi commune continue to promote the dissemination and replication of successful models in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW; and strengthen training and skill development in digital transformation for officials and civil servants.
At the same time, emphasis should be placed on inspection and supervision to promptly resolve obstacles, promote innovation and the development of science and technology , and digital transformation to better serve the people.
