Students today not only learn through books, but also use AI to support the learning and research process. Instead of spending hours searching for documents, their learning has become "easier", thanks to AI synthesizing information in just a few minutes. Students of Vo Thanh Trinh High School (Cho Moi District) proactively seek knowledge, practice self-study habits, and delve into their favorite fields. The school built a Chatbot system to support students and parents in searching for information, along with a website and AI career guidance Chatbot - developed with Microsoft Copilot Studio - to help 12th graders identify their interests, abilities, and career orientation.

Teachers of the school also apply information technology in many aspects of their activities. Typically: Designing homework for students, helping them to do homework anywhere, anytime without having to go to class; designing game shows, games, and situations using software to make students more interested, especially before each lesson. Teachers designing lessons can create images, instruct students to apply mind maps to systematize knowledge. On the other hand, technology can be transferred to all high school students.

From the 2023-2024 school year to now, Vo Thanh Trinh High School has promoted the use of AI by teachers and students in learning, teaching, and research. Students are encouraged to participate in technology competitions and creative projects to develop self-study skills, exploit information, and career orientation in the digital age. Vo Anh Kiet (class 12A4) expressed: "At first, I was a bit confused, but when I applied it skillfully, I saw the outstanding advantage of having more tools to support learning and understanding lessons more easily. Social networks today also help me connect with friends to exchange inside and outside of school."

Thanks to the application of digital technology, students constantly shine in many technology playgrounds: Achieving Microsoft's MOS and MCE certificates; connecting and exchanging internationally through teams; applying Minecraft to science and technology projects; designing websites; using Sway in book introduction competitions, writing reading diaries; organizing online reading sessions; learning digital skills on Microsoft Learn... Notably, this is the only public school in An Giang recognized by Microsoft as a Microsoft Model School for 4 consecutive years (2021 - 2025). The unit also actively spreads digital transformation experiences to schools in and outside the province.

Keeping up with the digital transformation trend, the Department of Education and Training in collaboration with Vietnam Digital Transformation and Education Technology Development Joint Stock Company organized a training conference on "Promoting digital transformation, applying artificial intelligence in education management" at high schools in the province, school year 2024 - 2025. The conference provided basic knowledge on digital transformation, improving the capacity to apply AI software in education management for over 200 high school managers. This training session also contributed to changing thinking, innovating teaching and management methods, towards building a modern education system, meeting the requirements of the digital age.

For secondary schools, data analysis systems help teachers quickly grasp the learning process of students. In addition, they accompany schools and parents in ensuring digital security and safety in schools. According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Anh (Director of Vietnam Digital Transformation and Education Technology Development Joint Stock Company), in the digital age, teachers are not only knowledge transmitters, but also creators, instructors, and inspirers. Artificial intelligence AI is a powerful support tool, helping teachers maximize that role.

It is undeniable that AI has opened up a new horizon for teaching and learning with just a few lines of code, supporting creative ideas. However, it is also necessary to pay attention to the dependence on AI, limiting thinking. Schools exploit the advantages of technology, at the same time orienting teachers and students to see AI as a supporting tool to improve the quality of teaching and learning, not a main tool to completely replace existing educational methods.
