Ho Chi Minh City women's club determined to defeat Chinese club.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of the semi-final match against Wuhan Jiangda Club (China), head coach Lu Dinh Tuan said that Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club will be determined to achieve the best possible result.

On the afternoon of May 20th, a press conference was held in Wuhan, China, ahead of the 2024-2025 AFC Women's Champions League semi-final match between host team Wuhan Jiangda and Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club.

Speaking before the match, head coach Lu Dinh Tuan said: "It is an honor for us to be here to participate in the 2024-2025 AFC Women's Club Championship finals. This is the first time the Ho Chi Minh City women's club has participated in this wonderful tournament, and we are happy to be here."

When asked by a reporter why the Ho Chi Minh City women's club had changed head coach Nguyen Hong Pham, Mr. Lu Dinh Tuan shared: "Our previous head coach was busy and therefore could not participate in this match."

The striker, who previously played for Lank FC in the Portuguese Women's Championship, also hopes that Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club will have Vietnamese fans in attendance to support them in this match.
