Le Hoang Long, a student in class 8A6 at Nguyen Thien Thanh Secondary School, stated that approximately 60% of the school's students do not know how to swim. Given the ever-present risk of drowning in the area with its dense network of rivers and canals, he proposed opening more free swimming classes, strengthening instruction on drowning prevention skills, and investing in swimming pools at schools.

Notably, Huynh Le Vi, a student at the Ca Mau Provincial Special Education School, expressed a desire for more vocational training classes and career counseling tailored to the health and abilities of children with disabilities, so that they have the opportunity to become independent in the future.

Concerned about school sports , Le Bao Tran, a student from Vinh Loc Secondary School, suggested that there should be policies to identify, train, and nurture talented students after sports competitions, along with appropriate reward systems.

Meanwhile, Vu Duy Nam Phuong, a 4th-grade student from Tan Hung Primary School, hopes for more solutions to help students improve their life skills and civilized behavior in order to build a safe and friendly school environment.

Responding to children's opinions, Mr. Dang Tri Thu, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, said that the department will coordinate a review of land and public facilities to study their potential for renovation into playgrounds for children; and at the same time, propose a policy that each commune and ward should have at least one swimming pool to serve swimming lessons and prevent drowning.

Regarding e-cigarettes, dangerous toys, and school violence, the education sector has directed educational institutions to strengthen coordination with families and authorities to control, prevent, and build a safe learning environment for students.
