September 16, City Police Da Nang Organize a campaign for officers and soldiers in the entire force to donate and support compatriots and show gratitude and support to officers and soldiers of the armed forces who heroically sacrificed and were injured while performing the task of preventing and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) in the northern provinces.

The launching ceremony was held in a combination of live and online broadcasts from the City Police to the Police of units and localities. Director of the Da Nang City Police, Major General Vu Xuan Vien, chaired the launching ceremony.
Sharing the loss of life and property caused by storm No. 3 in the northern provinces; Director of Da Nang City Police, Major General Vu Xuan Vien launched and called on all officers and soldiers of the city police to actively respond and support to join hands to support the people of the northern provinces, at the same time, show gratitude and support the heroic police officers and soldiers who sacrificed and were injured while performing their duties to prevent and overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
According to preliminary statistics at the Launching Ceremony, Da Nang City Police forces raised a total of more than 1,8 billion VND.
It is expected that the above amount will be transferred by the City Police to the receiving addresses of Police, The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city also supported 9 provinces and cities that suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 3 as well as supported relatives and families of officers and soldiers who died or were injured while performing the task of preventing and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3.
