Promote the right products

In the first 11 months of 2025, the industrial production value is estimated to reach 30,196 billion VND, an increase of 21.8% over the same period in 2024 and reaching 90.4% of the 2025 plan. More notable is the strong growth rate in modern industries. Electronics, computers and optics increased by 76.88%, textiles and garments increased by 63.76%, continuing to be the key export industry; leather production increased by 22.75%, expanding its market share steadily. Wooden furniture products increased by 28.35% thanks to the advantage of raw material areas and market demand. Food processing increased by 5.94%, maintaining its role as a foundation industry, contributing greatly to exports and domestic consumption.

Wood processing is considered the "pillar" of the industry. Currently, the whole province has more than 500 wood processing establishments, including 8 large enterprises with a capacity of 20,000-130,000 m2/year. Tuyen Quang's wood products such as furniture, plywood, wood pellets... are present in many demanding markets such as the US, Japan, and the EU.

Mr. Le Quang Khanh, Director of Woodsland Tuyen Quang Joint Stock Company informed: In 2025, adapting to the export market, the Company has continuously changed its designs according to each order that partners need, technology is always innovated to better meet quality, so the Company has had more orders from Europe, not depending much on orders from the US. Up to now, the Company has had orders until the end of 2025 and in early 2026, the revenue target of 2,000 billion VND will be reached.

Infrastructure and policies create strong attraction

To create a foundation for industrial development, the province has continuously improved the investment environment, supported businesses to expand production and especially invested in industrial infrastructure. Tuyen Quang is accelerating the completion of industrial parks and clusters: Long Binh An Industrial Park, Binh Vang Industrial Park, Thanh Thuy Border Gate Economic Zone, Phuc Ung 2 Industrial Park, Xuan Van Industrial Park, Nhu Khe Industrial Park... ensuring synchronous transportation, electricity - water and telecommunications.

In particular, Phuc Ung 2 Industrial Park is proposed to be built into the province's first smart industrial cluster - a management model applying digital technology , optimizing operations, reducing production costs and improving environmental efficiency. This is a suitable direction in the process of industrial digital transformation, creating new competitive advantages for businesses when participating in the supply chain.
Thanks to improved infrastructure and open policies, the province has attracted 9 investment projects with a total registered capital of over 3,508 billion VND. Many projects have had a major impact on the industrial structure: Tuyen Quang Biomass Power Plant; Tuyen Quang - Trung Son Compressed Coal Pellet Plant; Glasses and Packaging Box Factory; Stuffed Animal Toy Factory; VDL Ha Giang Board Processing Factory...

According to Mr. Hoang Duc Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, after merging the two provinces, the industry has reviewed the entire industrial cluster planning, retaining only effective clusters and adding specialized industrial clusters serving the processing of agricultural and forestry products, medicinal materials and high-tech products in the period 2025 - 2030. In addition, the province continues to implement the Industrial Promotion Program 2021 - 2025, supporting businesses in applying advanced technology, innovating production lines, designing packaging, improving products, digital transformation and cleaner production. These solutions not only remove difficulties for businesses, but also create a transparent and stable business environment, helping investors feel secure in investing in Tuyen Quang.

In order for industry to truly become a pillar of growth, the Industry and Trade sector has set many key tasks: Complete the infrastructure of industrial parks and industrial clusters, prioritize high-tech projects and clean industry. Strongly develop key industries, especially electronics - high technology, renewable energy, wood processing and agricultural and forestry products. Encourage circular economic models, reuse waste products and save energy in production. Promote digital transformation, build smart factory models in industrial clusters. Develop high-quality human resources to meet modern production requirements. Continue to strongly improve the investment environment, support businesses from survey to project operation.

With the approach of “taking spearhead industries as the driving force”, along with clear orientation and determination in management, Tuyen Quang industry is facing the opportunity to make a strong breakthrough. This will be an important driving force to bring the province to develop quickly and sustainably, creating a foundation for industry to truly become the main growth engine in the coming years.
