Cong was heavily criticized by Phuong's parents.
Review of episode 46 of "Our Family Has Unexpected Fun," aired on the evening of August 11th, reveals a scene where Mr. Toai (People's Artist Bui Bai Binh) gives Phuong (Kieu Anh) a sum of money so she can return to her hometown to build a new life.
Phuong refused, but Mr. Toai tried to persuade her: "This is a gift from your parents, you have to accept it. If you don't take it, your parents will be very sad." Mr. Toai also advised Phuong that during her 10 years as a daughter-in-law, if she experienced any sadness or hardship, she should let it all go and wished her a peaceful and stable life.
Mr. Toai gave Phuong some money so she could return to her hometown and start a new life.
Meanwhile, Cong (Quang Su) takes Phuong back to her parents' home in the countryside. Phuong's father (People's Artist Cong Ly) immediately mocked Cong upon seeing him, thanking his son-in-law for bringing his daughter home.
When Cong apologized "for his improper behavior over the past time," Phuong's father became even more angry and retorted, "What's the point of being proper if it only brings suffering, like our daughter's situation?"
Seeing her father's displeasure with Cong, Phuong explained that she had initiated the divorce. Phuong's father looked at Cong and said reproachfully, "I know. It's only right that a woman who can't bear children gets criticized and abandoned by her husband."
Cong was severely criticized by Phuong's parents.
Danh and Tram Anh make up.
In another development, Ha (Lan Phuong) tells Tram Anh (Kha Ngan) that there are too many problems at home, and if her parents knew that Tram Anh and Danh's (Thanh Son) marriage was in trouble, they wouldn't be able to handle it.
Ha advised her sister-in-law to think things over and talk to her husband. If something could be overlooked, and if they truly loved each other, they should get back together, unlike Cong (Quang Su) and Phuong. Hearing Ha's words, Danh suggested that Tram Anh ride in the car with him.
Danh takes the initiative to reconcile with Tram Anh in episode 46 of the drama "Our Family Suddenly Has Fun".
