Cong Tri celebrates Lanh My A silk in Vogue magazine.

Designer Cong Tri presented his Autumn/Winter 2025 collection in the prestigious fashion magazine Vogue. He created many designs using a "treasure" of Vietnam's textile industry: Lanh My A silk.

The designs, inspired by the star fruit and processed on Lanh My A silk, are by designer Cong Tri.

In his Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, designer Cong Tri tells the story of Lanh My A silk, dyed with the fruit of the Mac Nua tree by artisans in Tan Chau village ( An Giang province).

Lãnh Mỹ A silk is hand-woven from silkworm threads and naturally dyed with the fruit of the *Mắc Nưa* tree, creating a mysterious black color and a characteristic glossy sheen.

Through this collection, the designer aims to celebrate the beauty of Vietnamese silk in Vogue fashion magazine.

Celebrating Lãnh Mỹ A silk

The designs using Lãnh Mỹ A silk are handled subtly and creatively by designer Công Trí, employing familiar thread-weaving techniques to create a fresh surface while maintaining the designer's signature style.

Besides Lãnh Mỹ A silk, designer Công Trí also uses silk chiffon, vegan leather, jacquard, and taffeta to create flowing, distinctive, and vibrant designs.

Fashion enthusiasts are captivated by the mysterious black tone of Lãnh Mỹ A silk – symbolizing power – along with other shades of white, beige, and metallic hues.

Notably, the collection features neon green, creating a striking visual impact.

In his Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, designer Cong Tri also applied many handcrafted techniques to enhance the value of his designs, such as creating fringes, wirework techniques, 3D hand-embroidery, and woven effects… All of these bring a contemporary beauty to the designs.
