According to Sky Sports , Conte will have important discussions about his future with President Aurelio De Laurentiis. Many sources suggest the Italian coach is unlikely to continue his association with Napoli.

President De Laurentiis is said to have been at odds with Conte over the past few months, regarding transfer policy and facility upgrades.

Furthermore, another reason stems from Napoli's president's desire to compete on equal footing in the Champions League. Laurentiis believes Conte is not suitable for cup competitions.
