Voters in Ninh Binh enthusiastically went to the polls.

According to a report from the Ninh Binh Provincial Election Committee, as of 3:30 PM on March 15th, 2,927,612 out of 3,027,833 eligible voters had cast their ballots, representing 96.69% of the total electorate in the province.

Voters in polling station number 27, Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province, enthusiastically went to the polls early in the morning.

On the morning of March 15th, at the cultural center of Dong Thanh Street, Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly , and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, and Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Election Committee, attended the opening ceremony of the election and cast their votes at polling station No. 27.

The election opening ceremony took place at 6:45 AM, ensuring a solemn and proper atmosphere. Following the opening ceremony, voters began casting their ballots at 7:00 AM.

Polling station number 27 has 2,064 voters, including: Residential Group 3, Residential Group 4 and Residential Group 11 of Dong Thanh.

According to reporters' observations, from early morning, a large number of people were present at the polling stations in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere. Main roads, central areas, and roads leading to polling stations were decorated with flags, banners, posters, and slogans; polling stations were solemnly decorated in accordance with regulations; security and order were ensured, voters were guided, voter lists were checked, ballots were distributed, and voting was carried out seriously.

National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh cast the first ballot at polling station number 27.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Dung, Secretary of the Party cell of Dong Thanh Ward 4 and Head of Polling Station No. 27, said that the atmosphere at the polling station was solemn and in accordance with regulations. To ensure that election day truly becomes a festival for all citizens, the polling station requests voters to exercise democracy, uphold their responsibilities, fulfill their rights and obligations, and wisely choose outstanding individuals with sufficient virtue and talent, worthy of representing the will, aspirations, and right to self-governance of the people, to be elected to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels according to the principles of "universal, equal, direct, and secret ballot."

Mr. Truong Quoc Cu (83 years old), from residential group 3, Hoa Lu ward, is one of the elderly voters who participated in the voting process very early.

He said he had high expectations that the representatives he elected would fulfill their responsibilities well and represent the will and aspirations of the people. He arrived at the polling station at 6 a.m. to prepare to exercise his civic right. Before casting his vote, he carefully reviewed the list of candidates.

According to Mr. Cu, participating in voting is not only a right but also a responsibility of every citizen, contributing to building the State and strengthening the government.

Female voters in Hoa Lu ward enthusiastically went to the polls.

At polling station number 32 in Hoa Lu ward (Khanh Minh residential area cultural center), more than 2,000 voters from various residential areas participated in the voting. From early morning, a large number of voters were present to exercise their rights and civic duties.

As the central ward of Ninh Binh province, Hoa Lu ward has a large number of voters with 58 polling stations and over 100,000 voters participating in the election. Throughout the morning, voting activities in all areas proceeded smoothly and in accordance with regulations, in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere befitting a nationwide election day.

Comrade Tran Huy Tuan, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Election Steering Committee, attended the opening ceremony and cast his vote at polling station No. 31, Hoa Lu ward.

Also this morning, at 2,536 polling stations across all 129 communes and wards of Ninh Binh province, including 18 separate polling stations in special units, a large number of voters participated in the election opening ceremony and cast their votes in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

According to a report from the Provincial Election Committee, as of 3 PM on March 15th, 2,927,612 out of 3,027,833 registered voters had cast their ballots, representing 96.69% of the total number of registered voters in the province. Of these, 462 out of 2,536 polling stations had 100% voter turnout. Voters participated fully and seriously, adhering to the regulations and instructions of the polling stations.

Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Deputy Head of the Provincial Election Steering Committee, cast his vote at polling station No. 32, Hoa Lu ward.

Polling stations throughout the province reflected the atmosphere of election day, truly a festival for the entire population. The people and voters were enthusiastic and actively participated. Public opinion showed confidence in the candidates they chose. The election atmosphere was democratic and objective; voters in polling stations expressed their thoughts, aspirations, and trust that the candidates, after being elected as representatives to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, would be worthy representatives of the voters and the people, receiving and reflecting the suggestions and recommendations of voters to the Party and State agencies at all levels.

Voters in polling station number 27, Nam Dinh ward, participated in the election.

Voters in Cuc Phuong commune expect the central and local governments to pay attention to and implement more policies to ensure the continued development of mountainous and highland areas.

The political security situation and social order in the area were maintained, with no complex incidents related to the election arising. Police, military, border guard, and militia forces were deployed and reinforced at polling stations to ensure security and safety on election day.
