Reporting at the session, the Chairman of the National Assembly 's Committee on Citizen Petitions and Supervision, Duong Thanh Binh, stated that voters and the people highly appreciate the results achieved in the first three months of 2025. The socio -economic situation continues to develop compared to the same period last year, creating momentum and enthusiasm to further promote the completion of the set goals.

The report also shows that voters and the public are very interested in the contents of the Ninth Session's agenda, especially the National Assembly's consideration of amending and supplementing some articles of the 2013 Constitution and amending laws related to constitutional amendments to serve the streamlining and reorganization of the apparatus in accordance with Resolution 18, and expect the National Assembly to make important decisions to overcome difficulties, contribute to the country's economic development, and stabilize and improve the lives of the people.
At the same time, voters and the public are interested in and supportive of the restructuring and streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus, which is being implemented decisively and urgently, achieving important initial results. However, voters and the public are concerned about fake and false information circulating on social media regarding the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus of Party and State agencies and reorganizing administrative units.
In addition, voters and the public are particularly concerned about the fires and explosions occurring in many places; the disguised medical examination and treatment activities, with doctors impersonating doctors from large hospitals without medical practice licenses; the erratic and dry weather conditions that pose a risk of disease outbreaks affecting production and livestock; the rapid outbreak of measles; and the US announcement of a decision to impose retaliatory tariffs on Vietnamese exports, which could significantly impact domestic production and employment, especially for export businesses...
Regarding the resolution and response results from competent authorities, during the month, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly's Committee on Citizen Petitions and Supervision received the resolution and response results for 1,953 petitions from voters submitted to the Eighth Session, achieving a resolution and response rate of 96.1%.

In addition to some issues raised by voters, and directives issued by the Government and the Prime Minister in the past, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly's Committee on Citizen Petitions and Supervision recommends that the National Assembly Standing Committee request the Government and the Prime Minister to continue directing ministries, sectors, and localities to strengthen the dissemination of information on the Party and State's policies and guidelines on streamlining the organizational structure of Party and State agencies and rearranging administrative units to create high unity in leadership and direction, and to mobilize the combined strength of the entire Party, the entire political system, and forces from the central to the grassroots level.
In addition, we recommend that the Government direct relevant agencies to continue coordinating and exchanging views with the US side in a constructive and cooperative spirit to find practical solutions, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of bilateral economic relations, meeting the interests of the people and businesses of both countries...
