Life in Africa

The Republic of Angola is a country located in Southwest Africa, on the Atlantic coast, more than 10,000km from Vietnam. In his first days in Angola, Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlog), a young Vietnamese man born in 1997 from Nghe An province, felt that the lives of the people there were vastly different from those in his own country, Vietnam.

Quang Linh Vlogs is a very familiar name to both the Vietnamese and Angolan public. This YouTuber is loved by millions of viewers, and many Vietnamese people are proud whenever he is mentioned. He rose to fame thanks to his charitable journey of sharing love in Angola, a sunny and windy African country.

At the "Happy Vietnam" photo and video contest, organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications , Quang Linh participated with his photo series "Life in Africa". We invite you to share in the daily happiness of the people of Angola and admire the innocent smiles of the children.

As if by fate, after seven years of living and working in Angola, the Angolan people have grown very fond of the Vietnamese people. For Quang Linh, perhaps they are all alike in their friendliness, simplicity, and honesty.
