Online Photo Contest “Moments of Sa Dec Flowers”

(DTO) In response to the 2nd Sa Dec Flower and Ornamental Plant Festival in 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Dong Thap Provincial Union of Literature and Arts, launched the online photo contest "Moments of Sa Dec Flowers".

The Organizing Committee encourages photographers and flower lovers to quickly travel to Sa Dec to capture the most beautiful moments for the competition.

Accordingly, the contest is open to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing, studying, or working in Vietnam. The deadline for submitting photos is from December 20, 2025 to January 2, 2026; the announcement and awarding of prizes will take place on January 4, 2026.

Entries must be digital image files (JPG, minimum longest side 2,000 pixels). The images must not have been previously displayed, exhibited, or entered in other competitions. Images that are digitally manipulated to distort the content or images created by AI will not be accepted.

Authors should submit their photos along with their personal information (Full name, phone number, address, date of birth) and a caption (no more than 30 words) to the email address: KhoanhKhacHoaSaDec@gmail.com.

The competition will consist of two rounds: Preliminary (posted on the Dong Thap Provincial Association of Literature and Arts Fanpage) and Final. The prize structure includes: 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, 5 Consolation Prizes, and 1 prize for the entry with the highest interaction rate. Judging criteria will balance artistic value and content (70%) and communication effectiveness (30%).
