Despite the ban, electric vehicles are still operating.

According to Decree No. 158/2024/ND-CP and other relevant legal regulations, from July 1st, electric vehicles that do not meet the requirements for circulation will be prohibited from operating on the roads. Despite the ban, electric vehicles are still operating.

Electric vehicles continue to appear on some central streets in Dong Hoi ward.

However, observations on the evening of July 3rd in Dong Hoi ward showed that electric vehicles continued to appear on some central streets. This not only violates regulations but also poses a potential traffic safety risk, affecting the local authorities' efforts to manage urban order.

Despite prior preparations, many households continue to operate electric vehicles. This situation requires decisive action from relevant authorities to ensure compliance with the law. In the long term, appropriate solutions should be studied to help people transition to sustainable livelihoods in the future.
