The city also installed 6 sets of exercise and sports equipment in the parks in the area to serve the exercise needs to improve the health of the people.

In addition, in the city, there is Xuan Huong Lake, recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a scenic relic, creating a highlight for open space, a place for entertainment, recreation, physical education and sports for people and tourists when visiting Da Lat. In particular, Lam Vien Square is one of the places that attracts tourists when visiting the city, with wild sunflower and artichoke flower architecture, this is considered an impressive work of art, a typical symbol of Da Lat and is also the central location for organizing many important political events of the city and Lam Dong province.

Not only that, Da Lat also has a gong cultural space of ethnic minorities, a place for people of all ethnic groups to exchange, share and learn experiences, strengthen solidarity in the ethnic community, a practical activity contributing to the preservation, promotion and honoring of the value of the Gong Cultural Space which has been recognized by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity. Currently, in the city, there are 3 gong cultural spaces operating in tourist areas and spots such as: Love Valley tourist area, Bon to num tourist spot in Ta Nung commune...; these addresses are also places that attract tourists to visit and exchange culture.

DEVELOPING MODERN, RICH IN IDENTITY SPACES

In recent years, public cultural spaces serving the daily life, entertainment, recreation... of residents and tourists have received more attention from Da Lat City. Types of urban public cultural spaces have been created more abundantly, combining many forms of exploitation and use such as walking streets, entertainment areas, shopping malls, green parks... However, the role of urban public cultural spaces has not really met the cultural enjoyment needs of the people in social life.

According to the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Da Lat City, in order to develop public cultural spaces, contributing to improving the quality of life and spiritual culture of the people, it is necessary to convert suitable streets into public cultural spaces, creating attractive walking routes, decorated with local, environmentally friendly materials. Along with that, parks should arrange seats, shade, and necessary services for local people and tourists. There should be art forms associated with public cultural spaces such as street art, which is developing positively thanks to the attraction of festivals, music festivals, fairs, night markets, installation art, street art, etc.

Da Lat is entering a new stage of development with the rapid increase in urban population, high density concentration, so the planning and organization of public cultural spaces are increasingly raised, to both create environmental landscapes and form cultural spaces, creative spaces, helping the community to enjoy. Therefore, it is required that the planning and organization of public cultural spaces must be associated with the arts, handicraft products and unique traditional cultural festivals of the locality. In particular, in public cultural spaces, it is necessary to pay attention to planning and forming book streets and book roads to encourage reading culture and promote the lifelong learning movement among the people.

However, in order for public cultural spaces to truly bring benefits and value to people, it is more important that people raise their awareness of protecting their own living environment, thereby changing their lifestyles. In particular, good and creative models need to be promoted and replicated. To effectively promote public cultural spaces, it is necessary to have the participation of the whole community, along with the connection between urban managers and businesses to create more public cultural spaces for people to rest, relax and practice. At the same time, strengthen management to prevent encroachment and degradation, build unified and strict sanctions, and develop a system of public cultural spaces in a sustainable manner along with the overall development of the city.
