Accordingly, three plots of land will be auctioned for land use rights in the form of a one-time payment for land lease.

Specifically, the land plot designated C2-9B, located within the land development zone along National Highway 1A (Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district), covers more than 2,900m2 and is intended for warehouse construction, with a starting price of over 7.4 million VND/m2.

Plot B4-2 (Vung Thung 9 - Van Don road, Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district), measuring over 1,000m2, is intended for the construction of a seafood warehouse and has a starting price of nearly 14 million VND/m2.

The commercial and service land plot in Zone 2 of the Northwest New Urban Center project (Hoang Thi Loan - Dang Minh Khiem street, Lien Chieu district) covers more than 800m2, intended for the construction of office space for rent, with a starting price of over 24 million VND/m2.

In addition, the Da Nang City People's Committee has approved the auction of land use rights for nine plots of land under the form of annual land lease payments.

Specifically, the land plot at 522B Nguyen Luong Bang (Lien Chieu district), covering over 6,300m2, is designated for the construction of a general hospital and has a starting price of over 190,000 VND/m2/year.

Plot A2-2 in An Hoa 4 residential area, Nai Hien Dong ward (Son Tra district), covering over 9,500m2, is intended for the construction of a general hospital and has a starting price of over 271,000 VND/m2/year.

The land plot at 172 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, measuring over 1,600m2, for the construction of a parking lot, and the land plot at 51A Ly Tu Trong Street, measuring over 890m2, for the construction of a parking lot (both in Hai Chau District) have a starting price of over 200,000 VND/m2/year.

The plot of land at 383 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street (Cam Le District), spanning over 2,900 square meters, is designated for the construction of a parking lot and has a starting price of over 68,000 VND/square meter/year.

Next is plot A2-8 in the expanded Zone E (phase 1), Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district, covering over 10,900m2, for the construction of a nursing home, with a starting price of over 206,000 VND/m2/year.

Plot A8, located in the expanded E area of ​​the Nam Cau Cam Le residential area (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district), covers more than 2,200m2 and is intended for the construction of a kindergarten, with a starting price of over 184,000 VND/m2/year.

Plot A2-2, located in the southern residential area of ​​Bui Ta Han (Ngu Hanh Son district), covers more than 1,480m2 and is intended for the construction of a kindergarten, with a starting price of over 187,000 VND/m2.

Finally, there is plot A12 on DT602 road (Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district) with an area of ​​over 3,600m2, intended for the construction of a supermarket, priced at over 94,400 VND/m2.

The Da Nang City People's Committee has assigned the Land Fund Development Center to use the starting prices of the 12 land plots mentioned above to carry out the relevant procedures and organize the auction in accordance with current regulations.
