Immediately after deploying the artillery pieces to their positions, the unit's officers and soldiers actively and urgently cleaned, maintained, and technically inspected them, while also assigning personnel to guard them 24/7 to ensure the safety of the equipment. It is known that the highlight of the upcoming commemoration ceremony will be the participation of the ceremonial artillery force, consisting of 18 short-barreled 105mm cannons (15 official, 3 reserve) and 12 helicopters (9 official, 2 reserve, 1 search and rescue). The ceremonial artillery pieces are numbered sequentially, totaling 15 cannons. The gun barrels and shields are decorated with the national emblem and flag of Vietnam.
