According to the assessment at the Conference, from the beginning of the term until now, the Standing Board of Party Committees of the provincial agencies and subordinate Party committees has paid attention to leading and directing well the work of building the Party and mass organizations, coordinating and leading to well perform the political tasks of each agency and unit.

Most of the targets have been achieved and exceeded: Reaching 5/7 targets of the Resolution of the XIV Party Congress of the Bloc; achieved 8/9 targets of 3 action programs to implement the Resolution of the Block Party Congress; achieved 5/6/7 targets in the Plan of the Party Committee of the Implementation Division of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 2020th Party Congress of Binh Dinh Province, the Resolution of the 2025th National Party Congress on "Improving the leadership capacity, combat strength of the grassroots party organization and the quality of the party members for the period 1-XNUMX" (there is one indicator that has not yet been evaluated).
The work of political and ideological education and protection of the Party's ideological foundation has received due attention, promptly propagated, thoroughly grasped, concretized and implemented the Party's resolutions, directives, regulations and conclusions. Party committees at all levels and organizations strictly implement them, there are many creative ways, good models in studying and following Uncle Ho; the role of exemplary pioneering cadres, party members and key leaders is promoted.
The work of building grassroots party organizations and party members has been strengthened and achieved clear results; regularly consolidate and strengthen the committees to ensure quantity and quality; Party committees and organizations at all levels shall strictly observe the principles of party organization and activities; every year the rate of admission of new party members reaches the target set by the Resolution. Since the beginning of the term, 646 new party members have been developed.
Regarding limitations and shortcomings, the percentage of party members studying the resolution has not reached the target (98,36%/100%); The rate of newly admitted party members in the youth union age is only 54,64%/70%.
In addition, the concretization of a number of documents on leadership and direction of the Executive Board and Standing Board of the Bloc Party Committee is still slow; attend party activities at grassroots party organizations not as planned; The guidance and urging the establishments to carry out the task of Party building work of the committees in the Party Committee of the Bloc has not been thorough and infrequent at times...
From now until the end of the term, all levels of Party committees and organizations in the Bloc will focus on leading and directing cadres and party members in the Party committee to uphold the sense of responsibility and perform well the political tasks of their agencies and units. position and perform well the work of building a strong grassroots party organization. Strive to well fulfill the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 2020th Party Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, and the targets and tasks of the programs and plans to implement the Resolution of the National Party Congress.
