The minimum loan amount they lend is from 3 to 20 million VND. For installment loans, the interest rate is 20%/24 days, the application fee is from 300.000 to 500.000 VND; For standing loans, the interest rate is 1,5%/day, the borrower must pay interest daily. Once the loan principal is paid, interest will no longer be paid and the loan will be considered settled.
Before 19:XNUMX p.m. every day, the borrower must go to Thanh's house to pay or Thao and Hanh must go to the borrower's residence to collect money. In addition, borrowers can transfer money to Thanh.
If the borrower does not pay on time, this group will call or go to the borrower's house to curse.
The police have verified 10 people who borrowed money from Thanh. Thanh gained more than 103 million VND in illegal profits.
Through work, Thanh, Thao and Hanh admitted all the crimes. Thanh declared that since he started lending activities until now, he has used about 350 million VND for more than 40 borrowers, earning a profit of 180 million VND; Thao benefited more than 22 million VND; Hanh benefited 15 million VND.
