A nickname is an intimate name given between two people, based on the other person's most distinctive identifying features.
Nicknames are used to replace long account numbers with more than ten digits, giving them shorter names. Importantly, bank account nicknames can be used to send and receive money and perform other transactions just like regular account numbers.
Another advantage of a bank account nickname is that it's easy to remember and easy to transfer money. Only one nickname can be assigned to each account number. This means the nickname will be unique to one person and won't be duplicated.

Customers only need to remember the recipient's nickname to complete the transaction quickly, without having to fill in long strings of numbers.
Additionally, customers are free to create their own nicknames, expressing their individuality or choosing ones suitable for their businesses.
Choosing a nickname for your bank account can also reflect the closeness and individuality of the person.
