QTO - 2025 concluded with outstanding achievements for the electricity sector in Quang Tri province. With breakthroughs in production and business activities, Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) has affirmed its position as a leading unit always "putting customers first".

Strengthening the organizational structure and maximizing combined strength.

Following the merger, the leadership and organizational structure of Quang Tri Power Company were quickly and effectively streamlined, creating unity and transparency in management and task assignment. The subordinate power units have changed their model to regional power management teams, meeting the management requirements of the new development phase. Currently, Quang Tri Power Company has 1,261 cadres, employees, and workers.

The most significant achievement in Party building work is the successful organization of the 10th Party Congress of the company's Party Committee, for the term 2026-2030. The Congress resolution clearly stated: Closely linking Party building work with production and business tasks; building a clean and strong Party organization; ensuring safe, stable, and efficient electricity supply; and effectively promoting the leadership, guidance, and supervision roles...

Simultaneously, the company's trade union organizations are also urgently strengthening and promoting the role of "Unity-Democracy-Discipline-Innovation-Development". These organizations are gradually becoming a solid bridge, caring for the lives of employees, providing motivation for them to confidently contribute, innovate, consolidate internal solidarity, and unleash collective strength.

In the context of the entire power industry placing increasingly high demands on safety, service quality, and digital transformation, Quang Tri Power Company has early on identified human resources as the key factor determining operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Accordingly, the company focused on training and improving the skills of 100% of its direct production staff and workers; strictly implemented promotion examinations and professional skills assessments, contributing to a significant improvement in professional qualifications and practical skills. With over 8,000 staff and workers participating in internal training courses organized by the company, the unit excellently won second prize in the entire Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) in the self-training and online internal training category. Also during the year, the entire company had 16 initiatives recognized at the grassroots level of Quang Tri Power Company and 11 initiatives recognized at the EVNCPC level, generating nearly 1 billion VND in benefits.

Connecting expertise with community responsibility

In 2025, Quang Tri Power Company's commercial electricity output continued to grow steadily, reaching 2,124.7 million kWh, equivalent to 101.4% of the plan assigned by EVNCPC. The company's efforts to reduce electricity losses reached 3.9%, a decrease of 0.5% compared to the plan assigned by EVNCPC, contributing to improved grid operation efficiency; electricity revenue reached VND 4,787.3 billion, an increase of 10.2% compared to 2024; the electricity bill collection rate reached 100%, 0.3% higher than the plan assigned by EVNCPC; and the company fulfilled its obligations to the State budget of VND 70.587 billion, achieving 132.8% of the assigned plan.

A highlight of Quang Tri Power Company's investment and construction activities in 2025 was the completion of 114 construction projects with a disbursement value exceeding 99.9% of the assigned plan (worth 396.135 billion VND); and the completion of 104 major repair projects, with a final settlement value of 93.39% of the assigned plan (worth 64.5 billion VND). Among these, 6 major projects commemorating the 50th anniversary of EVNCPC's establishment have brought a new look to the power grid from urban areas to remote regions. Not only did they excel in their professional duties, but the "orange-clad soldiers" of Quang Tri Power Company also shone brightly, demonstrating their expertise in disaster prevention, control, and search and rescue operations.

During the severe storms and floods of 2025, the company's electricians quickly activated the "four on-site" principle, mobilizing nearly 500 staff and workers to work day and night on-site to restore stable power supply as quickly and safely as possible.

In 2025, Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) successfully completed its assigned tasks. Notably, it ranked first in finance, second in investment management and technical matters; and achieved high rankings in various emulation movements such as zero 110kV incidents, electricity trading and monitoring, power loss reduction, loan mobilization and disbursement, construction investment settlement, and internal training.

With a spirit of "mutual support and compassion," Quang Tri Power Company also sent more than 200 volunteer workers to assist neighboring provinces such as Ha Tinh, Dak Lak , and Gia Lai in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, leaving a positive image in the hearts of the people. Particularly touching was the campaign to eliminate areas without electricity and signal coverage in the western border region of the province. Despite the rugged terrain, the power management teams trekked through forests and streams, bringing electricity to 7 villages and providing generator power to 10 of the most remote and difficult-to-reach villages.

The arrival of electricity in the villages not only dispels the darkness of the mountains and forests but also illuminates the hope for a more prosperous life for the people in the border region. Social welfare work is also a priority for Quang Tri Power Company, demonstrating its responsibility to the community through initiatives such as: handing over 10 charitable houses worth 700 million VND; donating 514 million VND to the Cuban people; and effectively implementing programs like "EVN Pink Week," "Lighting up the Countryside," and "supporting people in provinces affected by natural disasters"...
