The Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple, located in Den Tho Hamlet, An Thanh Commune, was built on February 3, 1970, and recognized as a national historical and cultural relic in 2001. Initially, the temple had a column-supported structure, a corrugated iron roof, and measured 6 meters wide and 8 meters long. After three renovations, the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple now comprises various structures within its 2.2-hectare grounds. The Rach Gia Victory Monument, located in An Thanh commune, has gone down in history as a legend in the struggle against foreign invaders by the people and army of the heroic Cu Lao region. It is closely associated with the heroic deeds of the Long Phu guerrillas and the hero Son Ton – a Southern Khmer farmer who wholeheartedly followed the Party, sacrificed himself for the country, fought for the people, and dedicated himself to the cause of national independence.
