On the morning of September 8th in Ho Chi Minh City, author Tue Lac held a book launch and discussion for her new work, " Living Deeply, " with many guests including public figures such as Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, businessman Nguyen Thanh Tien, author Ta Minh Tuan, and singing bowl expert Hoang Tuyet Mai, to inspire young people to "live deeply."
Before the session began, guests and readers had a few moments of quiet reflection and performed gentle exercises under the guidance of Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung to "listen to the inner peace of the body."

The meet-and-greet and launch event for the new work 'Living Deeply' attracted a large number of young people.

In "Living Deeply ," author Tuệ Lạc uses Buddhist teachings to discuss worldly affairs, hoping to help young people gain a deeper understanding of all aspects of life, to comprehend, to realize, and to have a peaceful and happy life in everyday life.
Are people who live deeply more likely to achieve success?
Author Tuệ Lạc shared: "Sometimes young people ask me why, despite their best efforts, their careers remain unstable?" I believe: "Perhaps we should slow down a bit. Instead of constantly searching externally, let's turn inward, temporarily pause everything for at least 3-6 months to give ourselves a chance to reset. A being that doesn't undergo a period of upgrading, improving, and updating to align with the current energy of the universe cannot become a better version of itself."
Agreeing with the author's viewpoint, Mr. Ta Minh Tuan - also a book author and selected by Forbes magazine as one of the most influential people in Vietnam and Asia - said: "One should not chase quantity at the expense of quality. A moment of recklessness that leads to great regret later on. How can one become wealthy while maintaining peace of mind?"
Having had the opportunity to interview Mr. Ta Minh Tuan, MC Luu Dinh Long said: "You can sense that Mr. Tuan is a truly profound person. People can read his works to better understand the path of this young man. At this moment, Dinh Long wants to ask a question that many readers are probably very interested in: how to awaken and have depth in one's perspective and way of life? And how should one live to have peace and happiness in the present and help others achieve peace and happiness?"
In response to this question, Mr. Ta Minh Tuan said: "Peace is inner confidence, because many young people only seek peace in the outside world, which is not enough. Sometimes, looking at children at home, we find their peace and innocence, and we wish we could be as peaceful as a child. Who remembers that we ourselves were once children? So let's sow seeds of kindness every day, perhaps starting with a wish like today, after finishing the book ' Living Deeply '."

The work was published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade Publishing House and Thai Ha Books.

Living deeply , as author Hoang Tuyet Mai of the book "Master of the Singing Bells " believes: "If you consider life as a painting, then each experience is like a small puzzle piece. The more pieces you find, the more complete the painting becomes, and the clearer you will see the colors and hidden meanings within it. This more fulfilling and deeper life will make you more at ease, because there is no winning or losing, no rich or poor, but simply how many puzzle pieces you find in your life."
One reader suggested that advising young people to live too deeply might stifle the drive and dedication of those brimming with enthusiasm. Author Tuệ Lạc emphasized: "Those who live deeply often take time to wake up early to enjoy the peace of the morning, practice meditation and spiritual rituals. Their concerns extend beyond work to include investing in and nurturing their souls and relationships. They frequently seek meaning in every action and share happiness through helping the community. Living deeply should not be understood as abandoning everything."
"Once you've learned to live deeply, and have developed yourself to a higher level, the next peak of success becomes easier for young people to conquer. When you live deeply, you naturally know what is right and what you should do. People often say, knowing when enough is enough. Whether you are happy or not is something you create for yourself," the author of " Living Deeply " advises.
