He is a world- famous composer representing the Russian romantic school.
The artists of the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra promise to bring the capital's audience an artistic space imbued with Russian romance. The opening is the overture "The Nutcracker", taken from the famous ballet that made Tchaikovsky's name in the ballet music genre. The work recreates the colorful fairy tale world through music , recounting the magical adventure of the little girl Marie in the battle between the tin soldier Nussknacker and the army of the Mouse King.

Next is the Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 35, Tchaikovsky's only work for the violin, which he completed in 1878. It is one of the most famous concertos in the world, notable for its lyrical beauty, exquisite performance technique, and intense emotion.
Closing the program is Symphony No. 5 in E minor, Op. 64, where Tchaikovsky exposes his deepest emotions and inner struggles. The "motto" theme that runs through the symphony's four movements is the red thread that binds the entire work, and can be understood as the author's confession of fate or his own painful acceptance.
The concert has the special participation of Sara Dragan - a Polish violin prodigy who has won about 50 prestigious international violin competition awards, and Chuong Vu - Vietnam's leading violinist today.
