According to the General Department of Tourism, the 2023 Border Sim Flower Festival will take place at a number of tourist destinations in Hai Son commune, including: Hai Son Commune Cultural - Sports Center, Po Hen National Historical Site; Landmark 1347; Dang Family Hamlet, Po Hen Village; 26 Ho Area, Than Phun Xa Village, Sim Hill, Suoi Waterfall...

Within the framework of the festival, there will be many attractive activities such as: Opening ceremony; "Po Hen Market" introducing local products and specialties ; Organizing sports exchanges and folk games (pushing sticks, tug of war, throwing balls, swinging, climbing monkey bridges, spinning tops, blindfolded duck catching, climbing banana trees) ... Besides, there are also experiential activities, visiting Hai Son community tourism and organizing a singing festival in Hai Son Commune Residential Area, art programs, campfires; Co soong singing (San Chi ethnic group); love songs of Dao ethnic group ...

It is expected that the "Border Sim Flower Festival 2023" will welcome and serve about 10,000 visitors. This is an important event of Mong Cai City associated with community tourism development activities to continue to concretize and implement programs and plans on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector; developing Tra Co National Tourist Area, Mong Cai City as well as effectively implementing the city's tourism development project until 2025, with a vision to 2030.
