Based on a review and assessment of potential and advantages, for the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Chiềng Sinh ward has set out three breakthroughs, focusing on completing economic and social infrastructure, building an ecological urban area, model new rural villages, and aiming towards a smart city. Immediately after the congress, the ward quickly stabilized its organization, issued an action program, and proposed projects to implement the congress resolution, while simultaneously leveraging its advantages in location, resources, and culture for comprehensive development.
Comrade Lo Phong Nam, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng Sinh Ward, informed: Identifying economic development as a key task and a driving force for achieving set goals, the ward has established teams responsible for each area, directing economic and social development according to the strengths of each region. The urban area along National Highway 6 focuses on developing trade and services; rural areas develop commercial farming and livestock, applying science and technology, and encouraging organic production.
Over the past year, commercial activities in the ward have remained stable and developed, ensuring the circulation of goods and diversifying shopping options to meet production and consumption needs in the area. The ward has issued new business registration licenses to 115 individual business households with a total registered capital of nearly 28.7 billion VND; and renewed business registration certificates for 76 households with a registered capital of over 36 billion VND. The ward has also strengthened state management of land, construction order, and urban development; and conducted post-licensing inspections of 18 construction projects.
Urban management, addressing encroachment on roads and sidewalks, improving urban aesthetics, and maintaining urban construction order in the ward have been implemented. Relevant departments have been directed to coordinate inspections of traffic safety corridors in the area, focusing on market locations, the temporary market at Noong Duc intersection, markets in Group 4 and Group 6, Ca Lap market, and several other locations within the ward. Commitments have been signed with over 100 business households at market locations to prevent encroachment on roads, sidewalks, and traffic corridors for trading purposes; and four cases of administrative violations in the land sector have been processed.

Leveraging its favorable natural conditions, Chiềng Sinh ward has been promoting and encouraging its residents to intensify cultivation, increase crop yields, and introduce new, high-yield varieties to enhance the value of its key products. The ward currently has over 1,270 hectares of fruit trees, 1,071 hectares of coffee plants, and more than 40 hectares of various vegetables. The ward's agricultural products achieve high yields and quality; prices are stable and have also increased, helping to improve people's income. The ward's People's Committee has proactively contacted and connected with agricultural product purchasing units, resolving difficulties in finding markets for agricultural products.
Regarding infrastructure development, the ward has focused on reviewing all bottlenecks and obstacles related to planning, land clearance, and procedural issues in public investment projects to accelerate construction progress. It has also reviewed and balanced additional capital for investment in educational facilities, urban beautification, and flood control. In 2025, the ward received a total allocated capital of over 107.7 billion VND, of which over 82.4 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching 77% of the planned capital; the disbursement is expected to be completed in January 2026. A notable project is the construction of the Chiềng Sinh - Chiềng Ngần road (section from Km2+327m to Km7+527m), with a main route of 5.13 km, a roadbed width of 36m, starting at the Ka Láp intersection and ending at Híp village. In addition to the main road, the project also includes a 0.85 km branch road leading to the Phiêng Bó Tòng area, with a roadbed width of 25m. Construction is being accelerated, with completion and handover expected in June 2026, six months ahead of schedule.
Furthermore, Chiềng Sinh ward continues to effectively promote the motto "The State and the people work together," mobilizing social resources to implement many practical public works projects. From alleyways and village roads illuminated by solar-powered lights, to expanded rural roads and spacious, clean cultural centers, these projects demonstrate the spirit of unity and solidarity of the people. To date, almost all 33 hamlets and villages have completed the installation of street lighting systems, contributing to a noticeable change in the appearance of the residential areas.

Information technology infrastructure has been invested in and gradually modernized to meet the needs of e-government implementation. To date, 100% of residential areas have 4G coverage; the percentage of households with fiber optic broadband internet connection has reached over 80%. The ward's People's Committee conducts all its directives and operations online. By effectively deploying and operating the province's shared software, the ward's People's Committee has actively connected to and exploited national databases such as: population database, business registration, insurance, tax, etc., to shorten the time for handling administrative procedures. By 2025, the ward's digital transformation index had made remarkable progress, ranking 6th out of 75 communes and wards in the province. This is the result of continuous efforts during a time when the ward was reorganizing its administrative units and operating a two-tiered government model.
In the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of the early days of the year, the Party Committee and government of Chiềng Sinh ward continue to effectively implement strategic breakthroughs; mobilize all resources and diversify investment forms to accelerate the development and completion of a synchronous and modern socio-economic infrastructure system; improve the business environment, remove investment bottlenecks; strengthen the application of science and technology, promote digital transformation; and achieve the goal of building a civilized, smart, and sustainable ward.
