A highlight of this year's exam support program was the youth union members organizing the cooking and distribution of 400 free meals to students participating in the high school graduation exam in the area. From early morning, the kitchen area at Ky Son High School was bustling with the laughter and chatter of youth union members and volunteers.
Some people were busy at the market selecting fresh green vegetables, while others prepared meat, fish, and other food items to ensure nutritious meals for the students. After the food was gathered, the volunteers quickly divided up the tasks: some picked vegetables, others prepared the ingredients, and still others cooked.
Bringing public services closer to the people: The approach taken by Kim Bang Commune Police.The ID card issuance station, put into operation at the Kim Bang Commune Police Station (Nghe An province), is helping people from many neighboring communes complete administrative procedures right in their locality, eliminating the need to travel to distant reception points as before. Not only does this model facilitate convenience for citizens, but it also demonstrates the initial effectiveness of increasing the capacity to handle administrative procedures at the commune level, contributing to the realization of the goal of building a service-oriented administration that puts the people at the center.

After hours of preparation, each meal was carefully packed into a box and neatly arranged to be delivered to the candidates in time for their lunch break.
The atmosphere was one of bustling activity, yet filled with laughter and a strong sense of responsibility. Everyone hoped that the meals sent to the exam candidates would not only be delicious and hygienic but also imbued with the affection and care of the youth and the community for them.
In Bich Hao commune (Nghe An province), youth union members organized many meaningful activities such as providing drinking water, milk, pens, exam papers and other necessary supplies; guiding candidates through exam procedures; assisting with traffic management; and advising and encouraging students and parents at exam sites.
The bottles of water and the words of encouragement from the youth union members will help the candidates feel more confident during the exam.
This year, the Youth Union of Nghe An University mobilized 200 young union members to organize 10 volunteer teams at 10 examination locations in Nghe An province to carry out activities to support students during the exam season.
Thai Dinh Hoang, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghe An University, shared that the blue volunteer uniforms have become a familiar image to candidates and parents in the area. This contributes to creating a safe and friendly exam season. "Hopefully, with this support and encouragement, the candidates will feel more at ease and confident to overcome the exam in the best way possible," said Thai Dinh Hoang. These meaningful activities not only demonstrate the proactive and volunteer spirit of Nghe An's youth but also strongly spread the message of sharing and accompanying students on their journey to conquer knowledge. From simple tasks like going to the market, picking vegetables, and cooking meals to supporting activities at exam sites, everything is done with responsibility, love, and a desire to contribute from the youth.
