Many items, from crocheted bouquets and knitted children's clothing to handbags and dolls of all sizes, are available. Customers can also place custom orders. Ms. Tran Thi Nuong, the owner of the knitting and crocheting shop, said that each product is meticulously knitted or crocheted. Some products only take a few hours to make, while others can take several weeks to complete. Many customers love handmade products and are willing to wait to own beautiful, high-quality items.

Not only in the city, but also in the districts and towns of the province, there are shops selling knitted and crocheted products to meet customer needs. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich, from Chau O town (Binh Son district), said, "I like knitted and crocheted products made of wool, but before, there were very few places selling them, so I often had to order them from other provinces. Now, there is a friend in the district who specializes in making products from wool and velour wire with a variety of items such as decorative flowers, hair clips, hairpins, woolen animals... according to customer requests. Therefore, I often buy knitted and crocheted products as gifts for friends or to decorate my home."

The uniqueness of handmade crochet products lies in their simplicity and rarity, embodying the dedication and passion of the craftsman. Furthermore, these items don't become flimsy, fade, or pill, and are safe for users, especially children, which is why more and more customers are turning to handmade crochet products.

Knitted and crocheted woolen products also vary in price depending on the difficulty and uniqueness of the item, ranging from 70,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND per item.

Leather crafts

Leather has long been a familiar material for creating unique handcrafted products. Currently, the market features many domestically produced leather products, 100% handmade. Mr. Tran Cong Tien, from Nghia Lo ward (Quang Ngai city), shared, "I really like handcrafted leather goods because they are aesthetically pleasing, unique, and just as good as designer brands. All the items I use, such as my wallet, watch strap, glasses case, and even the car key cover, are custom-made leather goods."

While not as numerous as in larger cities, handcrafted leather goods remain popular among customers in the province. The leather shop on Quang Trung Street (Quang Ngai City) is one such establishment specializing in handcrafted leather products. From handbags, wallets, belts, and phone cases, all leather products at the shop are meticulously designed and entirely hand-sewn. Furthermore, items can be engraved with the owner's name upon request. Shop owner Le Quang Trung explains that handcrafted leather products require skillful craftsmanship, attention to detail, and considerable time. Additionally, the raw materials, leather, are quite expensive. Therefore, the price of handcrafted leather goods is also quite high.

Currently, many customers in the province love products made from cowhide leather. Depending on the dyeing, painting, and decoration, prices range from 200,000 to 700,000 VND per watch strap, 400,000 to several million VND per wallet, and 1 to 3 million VND per handbag depending on size... Customers who love leather goods believe that the money spent to own such products is well worth it because of their durability and aesthetic appeal, which only gets better with use over time.

It's clear that the increasing preference for handcrafted goods among customers today is inevitable, as the trend is always to seek out unique products that are also durable.
