The theme of the emulation campaign is: "The youth of Battalion 458 are united, courageous, creative, proactive, and determined to win, competing to achieve outstanding results to welcome the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union."

The emulation campaign aims to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging and motivating the youth of the entire battalion to demonstrate a pioneering spirit, creativity, responsibility, and determination to excellently complete all assigned tasks; and to achieve practical accomplishments to celebrate the 13th National Youth Union Congress and other important political events of the country and the Army.

The content of the emulation campaign includes: excellently completing key political tasks; improving the quality of propaganda and education work; promoting the pioneering and creative role of young people; and strengthening communication and digital transformation in youth union activities.

The implementation period is from June 17th to June 30th, 2026.
